1.Main features:
This brick clamping machine can quickly clamp various types of bricks, and is suitable for palletized handling, stacking and loading operations in aerated concrete, autoclaved bricks, sintered bricks, unburned bricks, concrete prefabricated parts and other industries. The equipment features are as follows:
(1) The whole steel structure frame is adopted, with high strength, combined with the flexibility of the forklift, the operation is stable, and can meet the operation requirements of different users.
(2) Reasonable mechanism optimization, wide vision, simple and flexible operation.
(3) The clamping arm is designed according to the force, which is firm and reliable, with large clamping force, large number of clamps and long service life.
(4) It has strong versatility and can be applied to standard bricks, hollow bricks, eight bricks, pavement bricks, aerated bricks and other types of bricks.
(5) Large stroke range.
(6) The left and right side movement function ensures the flexibility of operation, and the forward movement function can realize the seamless docking of each stack of bricks.
